Our interpretation of a Kvass recipe which dates back to the Year 989! Our traditional beet kvass is made with 3 main simple ingredients: Organic Beets, Spring Water, and Sea Salt. “Kvass” loosely translated means “Brine”. We ferment our beets in a light salt brine to harness the incredible nutritional benefits of this powerful root vegetable. Fermentation increases the bio-availability of vitamins, minerals & antioxidants. Beet kvass is also teeming with a microbial universe of living probiotic bacteria which can be beneficial to gut health.
